what is the name of this movie/shortfilm? (boy catches wind)?

i've only seen a small part of this, and there a boy catches wind at
the sea in a bottle, then he brings it home , a wooden house i
believe, en his grandparents are there too, then he let the wind
escape en you see a view of the house outside where the wind out of
that little bottle blows out of every hole in the house (door, chimney
etc.). i hope i remembered the details right, is there anyone that
knows the name of this movie/shortfilm?
